A small group of our patients will have the opportunity to participate in the trial, for free. 

ElliQ®, by Intuition Robotics, is a friendly, intelligent, inquisitive presence in your home. ElliQ is simple and easy to use - no matter how little experience you have with technology - and can offer you tips and advice, respond to questions, and help you meet the health goals that you and your doctor set.

How ElliQ works

Your healthcare team will configure ElliQ with your personalized health plan and then you and ElliQ will work together to meet your health goals. Whether your care plan involves starting a new medication,
getting more exercise or trying to sleep better, ElliQ will help you stay on track with suggestions, information, and encouragement. Your healthcare team will receive information about how you’re feeling and will be able to track your progress, respond to your questions, and can adjust your care plan based on your progress.

Pilot Participation

Family Medicine North and the ElliQ team are working together to learn how ElliQ can best help support patients at home. We are looking for patients (age 65+) who live alone and meet specific healthcare criteria to participate in the pilot. You will receive ElliQ at no cost.

Is ElliQ an emergency response device?
No. It is important to note that ElliQ is not an emergency response or medical device, and is in no way intended to serve as a replacement for clinical care.

How does the installation process work?
A friendly technician from the ElliQ team will come to your home to install and configure ElliQ for you.

How long will this program last?
This program is ongoing. As long as you are interested in having ElliQ in your home, we are happy to let you continue your experience with ElliQ.

Do I need to be tech-savvy in order to use ElliQ?
Absolutely not! No prior experience with technology is required. If you experience any technical issues, you will be able to call the support team for assistance.
